( This code is meaningful to me because I feel that if you care able to continue to receive various trainings and education you will be able to be more meaningful in the children and families that you come across)
2. To develop relationships of mutual trust andcreate partnerships with the families we serve.
( This code is meaningful because I feel that trust is essential to a healthy relationship)
Partnering with families is a key in really reaching them. If they don't trust what we say and know that we respect what they say, then it will be a challenge pretty much impossible to pass on important that could be helpful in the long run.

ReplyDeleteI agree it is our responsibility to stay current on laws and policies regarding children. Children rely on us for guidance. We carry a heavy responsibility but it is something I am passionate about. I saw a poster the other day that said "Teaching makes all of the other professions possible" and I couldn't have put it better. This slogan says a lot to me.
ReplyDeleteI agree that educating teachers is key to keeping them up and abreast of things going on in society. Learning about new teaching styles and ways that children learn is very important to know. The ways that children learn are constatly change so it is important for educators to learn and expand on this concept.
